2. Construction Oversight — We work with the construction company/engineer. We supervise the build, provide on-site oversight, send progress reports back to the client, and run quality checks.

3. Property Management —We maintain and secure the house, rent it out on the owner's behalf, find and vet tenants, collect rent payments, and carry out regular check-ups with reports back to the owner.

4. Flexible Rentals — We find rentals for diaspora who want to rent a home in Somaliland. We source suitable rentals, vet the property, handle the paperwork, and secure the bookings/lease.

5. Notary Service — We work with a notary service on the client's behalf to complete official forms, register documents, and handle the legal paperwork.
