Construction Management is the heart of what we do and where the majority of our work takes place. We work alongside a trusted team of engineers and architects who are directly associated with Raya Property Group, which means your project is handled by people we know, trust, and work with every day. 

Whether you are building a family home, a rental property, or a commercial development, we manage every stage of the process on your behalf. This includes planning, coordinating contractors, sourcing materials, supervising the site, monitoring quality, and keeping you updated on progress. Since most of our clients are abroad, we act as your eyes and ears on the ground.

Property Investment is a complimentary service we offer to our diaspora clients who want their assets back home to work for them. Many of our clients already own land or property in Somaliland but struggle to make it profitable from abroad. 

That is where we come in. Whether your property needs to be rented out, managed, or maintained, we work with you to protect and grow your investment. We handle tenant sourcing, rent collection, property upkeep, and general management, so you do not have to worry about the day to day responsibilities from another country.
