Full Construction Management Service

Construction Oversight Service

At Raya Property Group, our Construction Oversight service is designed for clients who already have a team in place but need an independent set of eyes on their project. We act as your on-ground representative, visiting the site regularly to observe and report on progress, workmanship, and material quality.

We do not manage the budget, select the engineer, or hire the contractor. Instead, we provide honest, unbiased feedback on what is happening on site. We identify issues early, flag potential problems, and give you the confidence that your project is being built to the required standards.

Our role is to protect your interests by ensuring the work matches the approved designs and specifications. We provide clear written reports after each visit, so you always know exactly what is happening on your site.

What's Included in Construction Oversight Service:

Regular Site Visits – We visit your site on a scheduled basis to observe all active work and ensure progress is being made.
