We manage the entire Notary agreement process on your behalf, giving you a formal, legally recognised contract. For shorter visits, our Iskukirays Holiday Homes offer the ultimate in turnkey comfort. Iskukirays translates to "rented out" and refers to fully furnished properties where everything is included: electricity, water, internet, and all the furnishings you need to feel at home from the moment you arrive. 

Beds, sofas, cupboards, a fully equipped kitchen, and often a television are all provided. Simply bring your personal essentials. Priced at approximately $500 per month, these homes are ideal for one to two-month stays, often chosen by newlyweds, diaspora families on summer holidays, or professionals visiting for short-term projects. 

We manage the entire booking and handover, ensuring your arrival is seamless and stress-free.

For entrepreneurs and business owners, our Commercial Rentals provide clean, functional commercial spaces ready for your venture. These units are typically open-plan and unfurnished, with the tenant responsible for installing their own shelving, signage, and interior fittings. 

This gives you complete control over the layout and design of your shop, office, or trade space. Priced comparably to residential rentals at approximately $50 per room, they represent an accessible entry point for establishing a physical presence in Somaliland's growing towns and cities.
