Notary Service

The Notary is the official witness to your property agreement. We draft the contract based on the terms you and the other party have agreed. We verify the identities of everyone involved. We ensure all required witnesses are present and that every signature is properly recorded. 

Once signed, the original document is securely archived, and all parties receive certified copies. If a dispute ever arises, the Notary's original record can be retrieved and used as evidence in court.

The Notary process is strictly in-person. The buyer, the seller, and at least one or two witnesses for each party must be physically present at the same time. There is no digital or remote alternative. We coordinate all of this for you, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. 

If you cannot be present yourself, we can act as your legal representative through a formal Power of Attorney.

The Notary does not judge who is right or wrong. It does not resolve arguments. What it does is create the strongest possible record of what was agreed, by whom, and when. In the event of a future dispute, the original Notary document is your most powerful piece of evidence.
